Windows xp sp2以降ではping(icmp)要求はファイアウォールで弾かれる。

応答するようにするには、
- コントロールパネルから「windows ファイアウォール」を起動
- 「詳細設定」タブを開く
- 「ICMP」の「設定」ボタンを押下
- 「エコー要求の着信を許可する」にチェック
